Appointment Syncing

When a client books an appointment through Oliver, the appointment is automatically sent to your AVImark calendar in less than 2 minutes. Oliver also pulls over all the appointments that are booked in AVImark to ensure there aren't any double bookings.

Client and Patient Syncing

No need to worry about double entry. Oliver will pull over all client and patient data from AVImark and also create new clients or patients in AVImark if a new client books an appointment through Oliver.

Schedule Templates and Blocked Times

We want to make sure your availability is reflected as accurately as possible on the Oliver booking page. Oliver is able to look at your Schedule Templates and Blocked Times to ensure that everything stays up to date and accurate.

Text Message Sync to Medical Notes

Do you receive important texts that you would normally have to manually add to the patient’s medical notes? No problem, you can do that with the click of a button in Oliver. Select the messages and/or pictures you want to add to the medical notes, pick the patient, and send it over. Easy as that.

Deposit Data Sync

If a client pays a deposit via Oliver’s deposit collection tool, we’ll make sure that gets added to AVImark and reflected properly so you don’t have to manually track it down.
