📞 VOIP Phone System Integration - We now have several big time-saving VOIP phone integrations including missed call texts and easy click-to-call.

💬 ”Text Us” buttons online - We can automatically send a conversation starter text to your clients if they ask us to, right from your clinic’s phone number. Stop playing phone tag and putting people on hold - let Oliver direct the easy questions to SMS for you.

🎗️Custom notification templates per appointment type - Appointment confirmation, rescheduling, and reminder text and email notifications can now be customized per appointment type. This means you can do things like include special instructions specific to surgeries, links to online forms, etc.

🕜 Drop-off appointment reminder notifications - Have drop-offs or surgeries at your practice at a certain time of day? Now Oliver can schedule reminders to go out at a specified time (like 7:00am on the day of the appointment). Don’t need this? We can also send out notifications any number of hours or days before the appointment is scheduled.

📅 Enhancements to Block Scheduling - Oliver can handle any combination of schedule templates and special rules. They are customizable to each appointment type to make sure the availability shown to clients is just how you need it.

🏠 Require address from new clients - When Oliver detects that a client is new to your clinic when they’re booking an appointment online, we can require the client to input their phone, email, and full address. This will all be synced into your PIMS when Oliver automatically creates the new client record there.
